For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Personal care items where the hygiene seal has been broken

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

• Contents are selected at random by Hannah Marie Cosmetics.

• Customers cannot request specific products, scents, or colours unless explicitly stated.

• Mystery Boxes may include discontinued, seasonal, overstock, or exclusive items.

16.2 Allergies and Preferences

• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information available on our website.

• If you have known allergies or sensitivities, you should not purchase a Mystery Box unless you contact us prior to purchase.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly listed and no prior disclosure was made.

16.3 Value Representation

• The advertised value of a Mystery Box reflects the total recommended retail price (RRP) of the included products.

• Savings are calculated against standard individual retail pricing.

16.4 Returns and Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your Mystery Box.

• However, due to hygiene reasons, if any sealed cosmetic product has been opened or used, the right to cancel may be void.

Mystery Boxes cannot be returned solely because the contents are not to your personal preference.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

16.5 Limited Availability

Mystery Boxes may be limited edition and available only while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw them at any time without notice.

17. Discount Code Terms

From time to time, we may issue promotional discount codes.
